Tasting Notes
Red Fruits, Plum, Honey, Dark Chocolate, Cardamom Spice
With milk: Banana, Honey Sweetness, Milk Chocolate
As a black coffee, it opens with vibrant red fruits and plum before settling into honey sweetness, dark chocolate and a gentle cardamom spice. There’s a subtle boozy edge woven through the cup, driven by expressive honey-processed Colombian lots fermented with wine yeast.
With milk, the profile softens and rounds out. Banana leads, supported by honey sweetness and smooth milk chocolate. Balanced, nostalgic and incredibly easy to drink.
Kenya Kianaina AA forms the backbone — bringing clarity, brightness and structure. It’s layered with two standout coffees from Jairo Arcila in Quindío, Colombia: one fermented with wine yeast and passionfruit, the other with wine yeast and blackberry. Together they add fruit intensity, depth and warmth.
