Our Holiday Edition was designed to capture the flavours of a classic Christmas cake — rich, comforting, and quietly indulgent.
Tasting Notes:
Red Fruits, Plum, Honey, Dark Chocolate, Cardamom Spice
With milk: Banana, Honey Sweetness, Milk Chocolate
As a black coffee, it opens with layers of red fruits and plum, followed by honey sweetness, dark chocolate and gentle cardamom spice. There’s a subtle boozy character running through the cup, brought on by the expressive honey-processed Colombian components fermented with wine yeast.
With milk, the blend shifts into something softer and more nostalgic. Banana comes forward alongside honey-like sweetness and smooth chocolate, making it balanced, comforting, and effortlessly drinkable.
The backbone of the blend is Kenya Kianaina AA, providing structure, brightness and clarity. This is complemented by two standout coffees from Jairo Arcila in Quindio, Colombia — one fermented with wine yeast and passionfruit, the other with wine yeast and blackberry — adding depth, fruit intensity and festive warmth.
Full, balanced and thoughtfully layered.
