As we adapt to the evolving landscape of sales, we are searching for a Sales Representative/Business Development Manager adept in traditional sales and versed in the nuances of online sales and marketing.
Your mission is to amplify Sales and Business Development for our vital HORECA channel in the Central West and Blue Mountains territories. This permanent, full-time role will see you balancing your time between the field, your home, and our state-of-the-art roastery in Orange, NSW, for weekly sales meetings.
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships in the Central West and Blue Mountains, promoting growth and brand visibility
- Identify and capture new business opportunities
- Handle CRM reporting and have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Conduct product information sessions, workshops, and training for clients
- Occasionally represent Academy Coffee at trade events
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in sales, particularly in the coffee sector or related fields
- Familiarity with online sales and marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs and close deals effectively
