Nestled on the fertile slopes of Mount Elgon in Kenya's Rift Valley, the Endebess Estate spans approximately 758 hectares, with about a third dedicated to coffee cultivation. The estate benefits from rich volcanic soils and a favorable climate, providing ideal conditions for producing exceptional coffees.

This natural-processed lot showcases the meticulous care taken during harvesting and processing. Ripe cherries are handpicked at their peak, then carefully sorted to remove any defects. The cherries are spread in thin layers on raised beds and dried slowly over 21 to 35 days, depending on weather conditions. Regular turning ensures even drying, while protective coverings shield the cherries from intense midday sun and nighttime moisture.

In the cup, this coffee offers a complex and vibrant profile. Expect notes of red wine, passionfruit, plum, and blackberry, culminating in a juicy and layered experience. The natural processing imparts a depth of flavor that highlights the unique terroir of the region.

This lot is a testament to the dedication and expertise of the Endebess Estate team, delivering a distinctive Kenyan coffee that stands out for its fruit-forward character and refined complexity.
